I had an amazing over the phone experience with Hunter McCraw today. I’ve been trying to track down a specific motorcycle, I’ve been wanting to get, and after a few failed experiences with other dealers, upon talking with Hunter, he wouldn’t even discuss the bike until he went out back to make sure that they had it! Which isn’t that much to ask for instead of using sales tactics to try and trap someone to buy something they don’t want. I wish I was exaggerating, but I called an hour and 15 minutes before closing, and we had the credit application down payment and will be wrapping up the deal tomorrow. They even stayed a few extra minutes late (without me even asking) to make sure they can get everything done for the morning. I wasn’t given any sales tactics, he was a complete straight shooter from the get-go and as long as there’s no unforeseeable, huge hiccups, they’ve earned a client for life. I may even end up purchasing my helmet and some gear from them as well. Will check back with more pictures and an update later.
My sales man Hunter McGraw was awesome! He made my purchase not just a purchase but a memory Ill cherish the rest of my life.. This place had all the toys you could ever want. Every one was smiling and very friendly. I had lunch at the bistro restaurant onsite while waiting for accessories to be installed and the food was good also. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience.

I had an issue with my bike that I had just purchased. The service manager, service staff, and parts staff were very helpful in getting the issue resolved. Since then I have also had my break in service done, the service manager, once again, took good care of me, got me in and out quick.
Awesome service. Came in to replace battery and was in and out in about 20 mins.
Top notch experience. Got a CFMoto 1000 Overland, Kaden, and Clayton made it the smoothest experience ever, and got me the best price possible. Best guys to work with, if you’re not asking for Kaden and Clayton you’re wasting your time!

Even made sure I had a way to ship the bike if I needed it and checked for all the accessories I asked for. This will be my motorcycle home for my next purchase and anything after. During my time searching for my first motorcycle I was very thankful to have such great staff help me through the process. I had Lambert Dakota help me on the phone when I spoke of purchasing this 2025 Triumph Speed 400 and thankfully I was able to reserve it! Once I arrived Dakota had the bike ready to ride which was amazing especially his expeditious nature of getting it out for me. He was awesome, responsive, and answered all of my questions over the phone, via text, leading up to my purchase, and so gracious when we finally met. Cruz in Finance provided me my options, and patiently dealt with my questions. This is an amazing facility if you are seeking a water craft, or land vehicle experience, or anything that allows you to “RIDE”.

The best powersports store I’ve ever seen. It’s like a mall just for motorcycles. They have the best prices and on top of that, they don’t charge you any bogus dealer adds or fees. I drove all the way from Dallas to get my 2024 Triumph street triple RS. I’ll definitely go back to get my next motorcycle sometime in the future.

Amazing place. This is the greatest motorsports destination anywhere. The variety of mtotrsports brands and inventory is phenomenal. Has everything! Honda. Kawasaki, Suzuki, Can Am, Triumph, KTM, Indian and more! If you are looking for 2 wheel, 3 wheel, or 4 wheel motorsport or watercraft this is the place. Also has a great restaurant on site. Families can have fun just walking around looking!

We came from SW MO to purchase our Kawasaki mule after not finding exactly what we wanted. David helped us through the entire process. We were blown away at the very large selection of everything Jonesboro Cycle & ATV had to offer. We will be buying a second one & it will probably be right back to buy another one from them.
We live in Mississippi and always travel back to Jonesboro Cycle & ATV for our purchases. We have now purchased 3 CF Moto ATV's from them. Always a quick and easy process. It's almost a 4-5 hour round trip drive for us each time, but it is worth the drive.
The dealership worked with us and met us where we needed to be on price. Then we received an awesome warranty program, couldn't have asked for more.

The parts department helped me find the tire I needed for my Harley Davidson road King classic. I bought the tire and went home to remove my front wheel on my bike. I took the tire in the next day and the service area was able to get the tire mounted and balanced that day! I've been very happy with the Dunlop American Elite tire that I bought from them.
