He was awesome, responsive, and answered all of my questions over the phone, via text, leading up to my purchase, and so gracious when we finally met. Cruz in Finance provided me my options, and patiently dealt with my questions. This is an amazing facility if you are seeking a water craft, or land vehicle experience, or anything that allows you to “RIDE”.

The best powersports store I’ve ever seen. It’s like a mall just for motorcycles. They have the best prices and on top of that, they don’t charge you any bogus dealer adds or fees. I drove all the way from Dallas to get my 2024 Triumph street triple RS. I’ll definitely go back to get my next motorcycle sometime in the future.
Awesome dealership! Super friendly team. When I first walked in I could not believe how much inventory they have. Along with a restaurant in a coffee shop...... crazy! Their parts department is bigger than most dealerships I've been to. If you're in central or Northwest Arkansas it's worth the drive
Was in Jonesboro from the Houston Area. Had a problem with a new Polaris, they looked at it right then and got it fixed. All of the people that I talked with including the GM, were polite, helpful and understanding.

Amazing place. This is the greatest motorsports destination anywhere. The variety of mtotrsports brands and inventory is phenomenal. Has everything! Honda. Kawasaki, Suzuki, Can Am, Triumph, KTM, Indian and more! If you are looking for 2 wheel, 3 wheel, or 4 wheel motorsport or watercraft this is the place. Also has a great restaurant on site. Families can have fun just walking around looking!

We came from SW MO to purchase our Kawasaki mule after not finding exactly what we wanted. David helped us through the entire process. We were blown away at the very large selection of everything Jonesboro Cycle & ATV had to offer. We will be buying a second one & it will probably be right back to buy another one from them.
We live in Mississippi and always travel back to Jonesboro Cycle & ATV for our purchases. We have now purchased 3 CF Moto ATV's from them. Always a quick and easy process. It's almost a 4-5 hour round trip drive for us each time, but it is worth the drive.
The dealership worked with us and met us where we needed to be on price. Then we received an awesome warranty program, couldn't have asked for more.

The parts department helped me find the tire I needed for my Harley Davidson road King classic. I bought the tire and went home to remove my front wheel on my bike. I took the tire in the next day and the service area was able to get the tire mounted and balanced that day! I've been very happy with the Dunlop American Elite tire that I bought from them. Thank you for the great customer service!

For the past week, I’ve been calling dealerships in Mississippi, Tennessee, and Illinois, looking for a 2024 Yamaha Grizzly EPS Camo. The dealerships in Tennessee and Illinois were advertising low prices but when I asked for an out the door price, it suddenly jumped up $3000. Matthew, the salesman at the Mississippi dealership, told me they wouldn’t offer any deals but he would talk to the manager. Wouldn’t you know, he never called me back. So, as I began scouring the internet again I ran across Jonesboro Cycle & ATV. I called and Kevin T. answered the phone. I told him what I was looking for and my issues with the other dealerships. Kevin told me he didn’t have that year model in stock but to give him 30 minutes to see what he could come up with. Twenty two minutes later Kevin called back and said he found a 2024 Grizzly EPS Camo and would have it shipped to their dealership the very next day. He also had the best price by $1000. Here’s the icing on the cake, I qualified for 0% financing for 18 months after putting cash down. You won’t find a better dealership with better prices than Jonesboro Cycle and ATV and you sure won’t find a better salesman, who actually cares about their customers and their pocketbook than Kevin T.

Zac was our salesman and he has been most helpful in getting our accessories scheduled and put on and is in the process of getting a owners manual for us as the one for our unit had been lost. Good folks to deal with. Ordered new Can Am XMR from Dakota. Had some issues finding a part we needed but he and Amanda did a great job taking care of me and getting me ready. Updated They took care of the issue. "Was told the atv i was interested in was 7495 just like on web site. Sit down to start working on paper work and stated it was more with the added accessories they added so price was not what I was told. If you give someone a price be honest up front."

It took longer to get my side by side in for service than I liked...but once they got it was able to identify the issue and get a new ignition switch ordered and installed. Everyone was friendly and good to work with.
